LEAD 215 Leadership Development
Students will gain an understanding of various philosophies of leadership, the skills and behaviors that contribute to effective leadership, the leadership role in Indigenous nation rebuilding and practical leadership lessons and indigenous experience of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians (TMBCI), both past and present. Students will also study the role of traditional tribal ethics in leadership with special attention to the TMBCI.
