CIS 350 Current Trends & Emerging Technologies
This course explores current trends and emerging technologies that are shaping the future of computing and digital systems. Students are introduced to modern tools, platforms, and ideas, including the applied use of Python libraries in cybersecurity workflows, along with developments in areas such as artificial intelligence, automation, and other evolving technologies. The course focuses on building practical awareness of how these technologies are used today and how they may influence future careers and industries. Because the technology landscape changes rapidly, specific topics covered in the course may vary each semester while overall learning outcomes remain consistent.
