MATH 272 Indigenous Math II
Native nations have rich ways of knowing passed down for generations. Specifically, mathematical ways of knowing are embedded within the language and culture through the traditional games, art, engineering, and architecture. This course seeks to revitalize these mathematical ways of knowing embedded within the language and culture to again be widely known and normalized within the community. Further, this course will describe a variety of approaches towards revitalizing Indigenous math.
