CSCI 185 Introduction to Virtual Reality
This course covers the basics of Virtual Reality (VR) hardware, software, and design principles, as well as the history and current state of the industry. Topics covered may include VR hardware such as head-mounted displays and haptic devices, VR software and game engines, VR design and development best practices, and the ethical and societal implications of VR technology. The course may also include hands-on projects in which students develop their own VR experiences.
