ENGR 130 Intro to Additive Manufacturing
This course will serve as an introduction to the area of advanced manufacturing known as additive manufacturing (AM) or as commonly known as 3D printing. Students will learn the basic process of 3D printing along with the terminology associated with this type of manufacturing process. In addition, they will learn how to set up various types of 3D printers, how to operate the software which controls the 3D printers, and learn several post-processing techniques to use the objects which they will be 3D printing.
