EDUC 502 Historical Trauma and its Impact on Indigenous Education

Students will evaluate the impact of historical trauma and its relationship with education. Students will explore negative experiences with ‘helping systems’ that have resulted in significant cultural distrust. Students will self-evaluate and reflect on personal beliefs, biases, privileges, and responses in relation to historical trauma.
