PBHL 103 Community Engagement
This course introduces students to basic concepts of community engagement including the role of public health in the community engagement process, community capacity building, communications, worldview, cognition and linguistics, media influence, motivational factors, non-verbal communications, societal factors, worksite wellness, participatory teaching techniques, coalition building, public health in disasters and housing.
