Deficiencies/Unsatisfactory Progress Report/Early Alert System
Instructors process deficiencies or reports of unsatisfactory progress of a student at intervals throughout the semester. Students will be notified of a deficiency. Copies of the reports may be sent to Student Services, advisors, or funding agencies who may a request a meeting with the deficient student. It is the student’s responsibility to keep informed of his/her own performance in a course. If a student receives a deficiency notice, the student is required to contact the instructor who submitted the notice.
