MATH 366 Mathematical Programming and Modeling

This course is an introduction to Python programming language and its mathematical connections. Python is a language with simple syntax, powerful set of libraries, is easy for beginners to learn, and is used in math/scientific areas for data exploration. Students will learn basic coding skills, model simple phenomena in nature or economics, and visualize data with Python and some other software programs like Excel.
